How to Book a Holo-suite

Star Ship Enterprise Holo-suite booking process: 5 Simple Steps

1. Access the Ship’s Reservation System
Open your personal terminal or any LCARS panel. Select “Recreation” from the main menu, then tap “Holo-suite Reservations.” If you’re lost, just ask the nearest computer wall panel, “Computer, open Holo-suite reservation menu.”

2. Check Holo-suite Availability
Review the daily schedule grid to find open time slots. You’ll see options by suite number, program type (e.g., "sword-fighting," "19th-century Paris," "Klingon opera night"), and time.

3. Select Your Desired Time and Program
Tap to select an available time; choose from your favorite program or browse featured scenarios.

4. Confirm Booking and Security Clearance
Confirm your reservation. The computer will prompt for your Starfleet ID and rank (privacy is a thing—even on starships!). If your program includes sensitive material (like command simulations), the system may request extra clearance.

5. Receive Confirmation and Access Code
The computer will provide an access code and send a confirmation to your PADD. You’ll receive a reminder 15 minutes prior—no excuses for being late!
